H1b or no H1b, there will always be people getting an entry into US.<BR/><BR/>I myself being a fresh MBA passout frm NITIE, had been to Chennai for visa processing a few months back- and was alarmed at the number of people applying (sea of humanity) and the way one was treated at the counters (cattle?!)..<BR/><BR/>Old people, young kids (15,16 yrs), parents with babies hoarded- waiting for the elusive stamp (visa) on their passports..
